Rubbed with coriander and peppercorns, our brisket is smoked over applewood coals and then steamed until fork tender and falling apart. Sandwich packs include everything needed for 4 sandwiches: 1lb of smoked pastrami (frozen), bread, swiss cheese, sauerkraut and ukraine dressing. Just heat and serve! Assembly instructions included.
